About Moran Advisory
Mike Moran, CPA, CGMA, founded Moran Advisory after years of experience in public accounting, nonprofit leadership, and practice administration. While serving as Consulting Manager at HoganTaylor, he developed the consulting approach that defines Moran Advisory today. In that role, he acted as outsourced CFO for several for profit companies in Oklahoma City and established a dedicated practice consulting niche.
Mike gained valuable experience in the practice sector as Administrator of a multi-location oral surgery practice. In the first three months in this role, he was instrumental in establishing a new practice from scratch and negotiating the purchase of a second practice location. He greatly increased the profitability and financial well-being of the owner throughout his tenure. He established strong working relationships with the referring dentists, often helping them with financial situations and decisions.
Mike is passionate about helping his clients build stronger, more profitable organizations. Known for his approachable, down-to-earth style, he makes complex financial matters easy to understand.
